Lowell Cultural Council Inductee.

It is official. The city council has spoken and J. Haley (that’s me) is now a member of the Lowell Cultural Council.

We are really enjoying this canal city and hope that you come to visit and experience the historic culture and creative community. Maybe if you move here (or already live here) and apply for a grant that will help the people of Lowell experience an even more vibrant culture, I might be able to help it get accepted.

Wouldn’t that be sweet.
