We are looking for the audience, the creatives, the patrons, and the bystanders. If you are looking for something to do, then the J. Haley Arts Institute is here to please.

As we build our system to allow seamless signup for volunteers, contractors, buyers, and busy-bodies, please peruse the site, and/or come down to the Pump Project Art Complex to learn more about what we do and your part in the Plan.
